1. 查詢訂單情況(Check order status)
成功完成購買後，將收到「訂單確認」電郵，內附已確認之訂購產品資料。 如果你以 Misutabai E-Shop之會員身份購買產品，請登入後到「我的帳戶」內點選「我的訂單」，即可於「訂單詳情」內查詢該訂單的狀態。
After successfully completing the purchase, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email with the confirmed order product information. If you purchase products as a member of Misutabai E-Shop, please log in and go to "My Account" and click "My Order" to check the status of the order in "Order Details".
2. 修改或取消網上訂單(Modify or cancel online orders)
訂單一經確認，將不獲修改或取消。
Once the order is confirmed, it will not be modified or canceled.
3. 需更改訂單上的收貨地址(Change the delivery address on the order)
如需更改訂單上的收貨地址，請於收到訂單確認電郵後的12小時內，電郵給我們需要更改的正確地址，一旦貨品已轉交物流公司，有關更改送貨地址事宜，需自行與物流公司聯絡。
Please email us the address that needs to be changed within 12 hours or less after receiving the confirmation email, otherwise, if the goods have been transferred to courier, you need to contact courier yourself for delivery matters.
4. 顯示之貨幣(Currency displayed)
E-Shop內所有價格和結算均為港元。
All prices and settlements in E-Shop are in Hong Kong dollars.
5. 提交訂單不成功(Unsuccessful order submission)
你的訂單未能成功提交，有可能是付款失敗，或其他原因而造成，可重新再試。如情況依舊，請先與發卡行聯絡查詢，或與我們聯絡獲取更多協助。請注意！如果訂單付款失敗，你所選擇的貨品將會重新放回網站售賣，如欲繼續購買，需重新把貨品放回購物車。
Your order was not successfully submitted. It may be caused by payment failure or other reasons. You can try again. If the situation persists, please contact the card issuing bank first, or contact us for more assistance. If the order payment fails, the goods you selected will be put back on the website for sale. If you want to continue your purchase, you need to put the goods back into the shopping cart again.
6. 購物限額(Shopping limit)
特別版產品最多只限購買1件。超過此限額，訂單將不能付款。
The special edition products can only be purchased at most 1 piece only. If this limit is exceeded, the order cannot be paid.
7. 扣費所需時間(Time required for deduction)
正常情況下，線上訂單在確認訂單當天扣費。
Under normal circumstances, online orders will be charged on the day the order is confirmed.
8. 於訂單提交後添加商品(Can I add products after the order is submitted?)
訂單一經提交，就不可以在同一訂單中加購商品。你可以重新建立新的訂單以添加商品。
Once an order is submitted, it is not possible to purchase additional items in the same order. You can re-create a new order to add goods.
9. 放到購物車之貨品，並不代表能保留貨品(Goods placed in the shopping cart do not guarantee the purchase)
請注意放到購物車內之貨品，要視乎付款時的貨量供應，訂單畫面確認送出後，會產生訂單編號這才算是確定成立訂單，並且會保留貨品。
