有關新產品預訂+預訂產品數量不足或缺貨
所有預訂貨品均為「預訂」性質，預訂貨品的訂購於付款後、恕不接受任何更改或取消及退款。
本公司向供應商/生產商提交訂單數量不等於最終獲得供貨數量，本公司會為客人將獲安排退款。
預訂貨品之確實販售日期乃取決於供應商/生產商最終發行決定; 另亦受制於物流服務提供者之派送效率，此等因素為非本公司可控範圍之內祈為理解。
如預訂貨品於確實日期推出後6個月內，該預訂產品仍未能寄出，客人可聯絡本公司安排後續處理事宜。
About Pre-order / Pre-order item shortage arrangement
All“pre-order”item(s) is on reservation basis, no amendment, cancellation or refund request will be accepted after pre-order payment completed.
The actual quantity obtained from the manufacturer/Supplier might vary from the total number we have ordered, We will contact the customer(s) who are not able to get the item that they wanted.
Final release date of the pre-order item(s) is solely determined by the manufacturer/Supplier; the actual delivery time would also be affected by the logistic service operator(s), we appreciate your understanding as these factors are beyond our control. Follow up action will take place in case the pre-ordered item could not be dispatched within 6 months after its official release date.

敬請留意，產品外盒及作運送用途之外層包裝箱(不論任何材質)均純屬貨品包裝，此等部份並非屬於貨品的任何部份。本公司致力確保貨品之完整性，惟貨品生產、包裝、派送等程序為非公司可控範圍，祈為明白。任何退換、退款涉及產品外盒或運輸用包裝箱缺失、損耗、或客人要求貨品包裝部份需達到完美無瑕狀態，恕不接受，懇請留意。

Since no quality assurance system or verification has been established by the official product manufacturer(s) or supplier(s), all exchange or refund request will NOT be accepted due to possibility of imperfection, unpreferred presentation or any non-objective preference. 有關取件/寄件時效
所有已訂購貨品需於取貨通知發出後30天內提取/被寄出，如貨品未能於上述時間內領取,寄出或本公司於指定時間內無收到客人指示，則該訂單被視為無效，所購買之貨品及款項概不發還，敬請留意。
About time for picking up / Ship out
All purchase(s) should be collected /Shipped out in 30 days after collection notification is sent. Order(s) will be invalidated if we do not receive any reply or instructions from the customer in 30 days upon collection notification sent, all purchased item(s) and payment will be forfeited.
